Best Dinner Salad tonight, straight out of the garden. Kale & Tomatoes- simple but loaded with vitamins.
Tonight's dinner consisted of fresh Zucchini from the garden stuffed with Hot Italian Sausage, onion, mushrooms, garlic, bread crumbs & one egg. Sprinkle with parmesan and some grated mozzarella cheese. Bake @ 350 for a half an hour. While out in the garden I picked tomatoes that were served as a side dish, sliced with a little salt and pepper. So yummy and organic.
