We always have an abundance of Zucchini every year and I’m always trying to find different recipes to incorporate it into. So far this bread has been the one everyone seems to love.
Mix the first 7 ingredients and then add the dry.
Bake @350 for 50 minutes or until done. If you find you need to bake your bread a little longer and it’s starting to get to brown you can wrap it in tin foil and place the bread back into the oven for approximately another 5 minutes or so keep on checking it, you don’t want the bread to become to dry. After cooling you are ready to put the Glaze to it!

I had the honor to take a peek into Isabella's Huge walk in closet and felt like I had stepped right into a vintage Boutique surrounded by beautiful hats, vintage clothes and accessories of many colors, textures and eras, Hyperventilating and wishing I had packed a defibrillator, OH, wait a minute it gets better later on as we were playing in the closet picking out outfits for her photo shoot she said go ahead and pick out a hat any hat you like and we will wear them. so of course this is when I had 911 on speed dial because I love hats too. I turned around and there it was "saying pick me pick me" I quickly pulled out a white wide brimmed straw hat with a black and white Polk a dotted band with a bow on it. Isabella served us raspberry and blueberry parfait in pretty cut glass crystal cups as we talked over ideas for her photo shoot. The shoot ended up taking place at my home in the forest in the early golden hour with three different outfits. Picking one out of the three I chose my favorite the Vintage/Gypsy inspired and Styled by Isabella herself. I love the Black & White look and flowers are always going to be my top choice! Thankful for this day to just be silly and creative.

My son took me to “Danny’s Barbecue” first time to eat there, it’s a cool Texan BBQ Joint, Apparently it’s been in Silverdale for a few years now, I didn’t even know it existed, it’s kind of hidden & tucked off to the side going out the back way of Silverdale Way heading towards Poulsbo Wa. Let me tell ya friends “My OH My” sink your teeth into some of their Texan babyback Short Ribs, The meat is moist and just falls right off the bone, So Delicious you’ll start boot Skootin!
We sat outside and enjoyed the sun, our meals and caught some time talking with & watching the Chef cook out of the Giant smoker. Check out their Menu it’s small but Mighty, they cater as well so if your lookin to do a big hoe down, Danny’s is your place.

I attended the "Gig Harbor Night Market in Gig Harbor a few weekends ago and Met Stella the owner of "KoKo Made What" So impressed with her talent and the fact that she is only 12 yrs old! She totally Rocks!!!! I asked Stella how she became interested in making her Unique Statement Jewlery, she replied :"To help pay for her trip to NYC". What a amazing young lady. Keep Shining Stella! I’ve really been into making & experimenting with different kinds of Hummus lately. My favorite at the moment is Red, yellow & Orange Peppers with Garlic, Lime and jalapeños, last week I made the same but threw in some Artichokes. Tonight for dinner I made Chicken Fajitas and spread some Hummus on the tortilla and it was amazingly tasty especially topped off with some homemade Ceviche!!!
